Tiziana Alocci

OFFF TALK LONDON INFORMATION DESIGNER & DATA ARTIST

Tiziana Alocci is London-based information designer, data artist, and lecturer. Her data art production focuses on visualising data from sound and music, collaborating with record labels and art organisations. Tiziana has worked commercially for over a decade as an information designer, collaborating with creative studios, and brands worldwide. Her scope of work spans from digital products and interactive data-driven experiences (BBC Future) to data art exhibitions (British Library) and printed editorial data visualisations. (Wired UK).

Since 2018, Tiziana is an Associate Lecturer at the University of the Arts London, amongst other international guest lecturing in several international universities. In 2017, Tiziana co-founded Market Cafe Magazine, the world’s first independent magazine about data visualisation. Born and raised between the sea and the “vicoli” of Genoa, she lives and works in East London where she runs her studio playing with pixels, data, and sounds, regularly falling in love with new forms of art.
